Matthew was raised primarily in Woodland Hills, Ca. He attended Oregon State University where he earned his degree in Exercise and Sports Science. He became a Certified Athletic Trainer in June of 1996. Matthew then attended physical therapy school in Groningen, Holland.
He completed is physical therapy degree in March of 2000. During his 15-year career in physical therapy, Matthew’s primary focus has been working in orthopedics with emphasis in manual therapy. Outside of physical therapy, Matthew enjoys cycling, mountain biking, snowboarding, snow skiing, and kayaking. With his passion for cycling, Matthew is also a trained bike fitter with emphasis in decreasing pain and injury on the bike.

Ashley was born in Santa Cruz, California and raised in Seaside, Oregon. After graduating high school a year early, Ashley moved back to Santa Cruz where she continued to focus on developing her career.
Ashley learned her passion for customer service and client relations shortly after landing her first management position in retail.
Ashley was a Store Manager for over 4 years where she developed her skills in client relations, marketing, and motivating her team. Ashley now has focused her desire to go above and beyond for her clients in the healthcare field. Outside of work, Ashley enjoys reading, painting, binge watching on Netflix, and walking her two dogs.
Bianca was born and raised in Watsonville, California. She graduated from Cabrillo College with an AA in Liberal Arts and Liberal Studies in June 2013, during which time she also received a communications award. She has over 13 years customer service experience and enjoys helping others in any given situation.
During her free time she enjoys hiking, picking up a new book, writing in her journal, hanging out with her goddaughters and little cousins, going to her brother’s basketball & baseball games, and spending time with her family and friends.
Kelli grew up in Green Bay, WI. She learned to downhill and cross country ski at a young age and spent summers on many camping trips. Her active lifestyle lead to an interest in health and performance which lead to her pursuit of her bachelors degree in Kinesiology at UW, Madison.
After learning more about recovery after injuries and a physical therapist's ability to improve the quality of life for so many different types of injuries, surgeries, and diagnosies, she was determined to become a PT and attend UW, Madison for PT school. Kelli practice for 3 years in outpatient orthopedic rehabilitation before moving to Santa Cruz in July, 2016.
In her free time, she enjoys hiking, biking, and exploring the beaches. She is hoping to learn how to surf now that she is livng on the coast.

Charlene is a California native, living most of her life in the Bay Area. While at UC Irvine working towards her Bachelors of Arts in Dance, Charlene became involved in the athletic training room, working with athletes and dancers. She became certified in 2000 as an athletic trainer. In 2000, she graduated from Chapman University with a Masters in Physical Therapy. Since graduation, she has worked in a variety of outpatient settings. In 2004 she became Board Certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy. Recently, Charlene has been working with oncology patients after surgery, radiation and/or chemotherapy to help them return to their normal function and lifestyles. In March 2017 she became PORi certified Oncology Rehabilitation. On a more personal note, Charlene lives with her husband and two beautiful daughters in the Santa Cruz Mountains. Charlene enjoys volunteering at her daughter's school, reading and being outdoors as much as possible.

Andrew was born and raised in Rockland County, New York, just outside of New York City. He attended SUNY Stony Brook in Long Island just east of NYC majoring in Athletic Training and went on to become a Certified Athletic Trainer in 2013.
Soon after graduation, Andrew moved to the West Coast and into the Bay Area where he joined a fellowship of Athletic Training in SportsPlus Bay Area while serving as the Athletic Trainer for Leigh High School as well as a fellow Athletic Trainer at Saint Mary’s College of California. Andrew enjoys tennis, snowboarding, ultimate frisbee, playing the ukulele and guitar, rock climbing, and cooking.

Hilary was born in the Bay Area. She attended SJSU where she completed the athletic training program and became a certified athletic trainer. Following graduation, she became the Associate Head Athletic Trainer at Cabrillo College in Aptos, CA.
In 2000, Hilary was offered and accepted a full time Head Athletic Trainer/Instructor position at Gavilan College in Gilroy, CA. She taught "Introduction to Sports Medicine" and its coordinating lab for 12 years. In 2013, she left the college to pursue options closer to her home and her children.
